However, from our personal experience, owners generally go over budget on things they never planned for, and constantly chasing after tradespeople can be exhausting and sabotage the process.
Over time we learned that not every apartment needs to make a big change. We know how to identify what essential things need renovating or replacing in order to improve the property and increase the return on the investment. Our goal is to create peace of mind for you and a turnkey solution for your property, with the best tradespeople who we have been tried and tested over the years.
Our Process
Planning and design
We’ll meet for coffee, get to know each other better, understand what the objectives are, the style, your needs and wishes. We’ll go and do our homework and come back with a vision
Measurements and plans
We’ll come to take measurements of the property and write up a bill of quantities and timetable
Preparing the apartment
We’ll prepare the apartment for the process - we’ll pack, cover the permanent items in the apartment so they don’t get damaged during the renovation
Execution and inspection
We’ll visit the property on a daily basis to check that everything is being done according to the plan and the highest standards. We’re responsible for all the tradespeople’s work and outcomes
